| My arms are aching now after carrying Kiera and lifting her up and down to look at the flowers and tree haha. Miss yeow is back in Singapore and we had dinner together with the class at newton hawker centre! Baby Kiera went too! She's so adorable! She likes trees according to Miss yeow. Chris and I carried her to look at the flowers and trees. When she pointed at the flower, I carried her low to touch the flower in the bushes. When she pointed at the mini tree, I lifted her high to touch the leaves haha. And she did that like so many times! Miss yeow said she just learnt how to point on Thursday evening. No wonder  Anyway It was really fun having dinner together, talking and not forgetting eating my favourite cheng teng with chewy pearls. Anyway I still don't know why Dickson and Xandre keep on smiling at me sheepishly while they are eating the cheng teng. Those 2 guys... Only chris, xp and yang knows how delicious the cheng teng was! We are the true blue newton cheng teng fans haha!

 Look at Kaifeng and Daniel training to be daddies in future. Chris and I were laughing at Kaifeng because he was carrying Kiera, playing with her and wiping her fingers with the tissue hahaha He looks so funny especially when he was talking to her in baby language hahhahaz. Yang carried Kiera and he said it feels wierd but anyway good job guys, all of you can become good daddies in future.

   Another try after the failed attempt on Monday! The recipe is called 'Too much chocolate cake'. It is actually much better today and the cake tasted very spongy and moist. And not as sweet as I expected. Allrecipes.com actually has many recipes contributed by people and there are ratings and reviews for our reference. But of course not all recipes turn out good (experience from my previous attempt), so its better to do your own research and not follow strictly to it! Baking a cake takes patience too i realized, after sitting in front of the oven for an hour hahaz... You have no idea, as an amateur, I was so afraid to see any signs of burn on it. I was baking the cake before my dad left the house and I said "you have chocolate cake to eat when u come home!" He said "no way." When he came home I said "come and try my cake." He said, "I am very full." Haha he used to say he will never eat the food that we cook because he is very particular about food. But he tried in the end and he said its a pass! But the cake is still not up to my expectations and I want to try making those really delicious creamy cakes with nice decorations. I will work hard to that!

| I spent the entire day learning how to bake a cake. Jewel found the recipe online but after the entire afternoon, the end product was not what we expected haha.. Jewel threw her cake away and mine turned out like that (look at the picture) The middle portion was alright but the top part was burnt so I cut it out and threw it away. Mummy said it tasted not bad, like butter tarts. Sobz I wanted it to be a creamy cake. We were laughing at our cakes in the kitchen and trying to comfort ourselves that it was our first attempt after all. I asked Jewel if the recipe was credible or was it a recipe for someone else's failed attempt. Still can't figure out what went wrong.

| It was Mothers' Day yesterday and we had a lunch celebration instead at Yhing Thai Place at Pervis street! The food was really good and the deco was amazing!
